The management team of Plaza33 has well over 35 years experience in the real estate business in and outside the Klang Valley.

The team’s collective experience, while managing Domain Resources Sdn Bhd in the past two decades, includes the successful rehabilitation of six abandoned housing projects totalling 4000 units under Tabung Pemulihan Perumahan Terbengkalai (TPPT). TPPT is a fund established under the auspices of Bank Negara Malaysia.

Other major management projects in our portfolio included Jaya33, the Malaysian headquarters for Robert Bosch of Germany, six Carrefour hypermarkets for Magnificent Diagraph Sdn Bhd and the RM1 billion Bukit Rimau mixed-housing project in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Location & Transportation

Plaza 33 is strategically and conveniently located at the junction of Jalan Kemajuan and Jalan Semangat in Petaling Jaya. Surrounding the site is an established commercial and industrial hub, home to many multinational companies.

A covered overhead pedestrian bridge over Jalan Semangat leads to the Section 14 commercial area to more amenities such as banks, a post office and other retail and restaurant establishments.

The 3 main expressways (Federal Highway, NKVE and LDP) are easily reachable within 15 mins to access Kuala Lumpur, KL International Airport, Putrajaya and Cyberjaya.

Plaza 33 is not more than 600 meters to the Asiajaya MRT. There is a bus stop in front and taxi service is available on call.
